Tasty Tapas, Perfect Pasta, Southern Italian cooking: Learn to prepare (and then eat!) a variety of fabulous dishes in these workshops, each one dedicated to a different aspect of Mediterranean cooking.

FENG SHUI WORKSHOP
(with Sim Tay)

Sim has travelled and worked in Malaysia, Singapore and London and gives an architect's insight into how Feng Shui is incorporated into buildings and homes. It is not so much about placement of "auspicious" objects, rather it is an indepth study and calculation of the unseen in the environment and living in harmony with nature.

COMPUTERS FOR CARD HOLDERS

Learn to Google, blog, email, skype and facebook to keep up with the grandchildren and stay in touch with friends and family, whether they are close by or overseas. Whatever your interest, you can learn to use the basics of a computer, short cuts to increase confidence, learn the internet and keep up with technology in general.
