MASSAGE FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN

This course covers information on benefits of massage, bonding and attachment; learn infant cues and behaviour in relation to massage, relaxation and minor illness/conditions such as colic, constipation etc. Everything you need to know in order to competently and safely conduct massage on infants, babies and children.

QI QONG
(with Steve Ng)

EeThong Qi Qong originates from the Northwest part of China. This exercise is good for general health improvement, particularly inner health, and is a form of Tai Chi that concentrates particularly on breathing in unison with movement. The practice of Qi Qong is invigorating for the body and, unlike many conventional exercises, you're left feeling full of energy.
