In this Tapas Class, learn to prepare a variety of delicious dishes each with its own colour, texture and aroma providing an assortment of flavours without eating too much of one thing. Ideal for both vegetarians and meat-eaters.
Learn to make fresh pasta by hand. That’s right, no machines! This is an easy and fun way of making ‘maccheroni’ the traditional way. Afterwards enjoy eating pasta with a simple fresh tomato sauce!
In this class we will be using seasonal fresh produce to grill veges for bruschetta, and making different patties, pesto. We make a rich ragu for pasta for a main with meat and 3 veg like never before and a light ricotta dessert to finish the meal.
