Kim Tarpey is an artist and has been teaching for over 20 years including at The Council of Adult Education and various Art Centres and Community based centres. She has a Visual Arts Degree and Training qualifications and has had over 10 major exhibitions She has work in Regional Galleries and major public and private collections.

The Mosaic House is situated opposite the Panton Hill CFA. There is a fully equipped Print making Studio so students can participate in Etching and Lino Cut Printing. There is also a Gallery come teaching area where water colour, drawing pastel and other art forms take place.
The venue boasts a panoramic view of the end of the Great Divide and a space full of collectables to inspire imagination.
It is approximately 15 minutes from Warrandyte by car.
