A fun Latin Dance Class with Sanett using mixes of "Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Samba, Salsa, Rumba + much more! Taught to slower music and more repetitions to be able to follow and experience a sense of achievement. The whole session forms a routine which flows from one step to another. Benefits: - If you don't like exercise for want to move - this class is for you!! - Continues movement for 50 minutes - New & different experience - Needs full concentration, works the brain - Pushes your co-ordination and balance What do I need? - Shoes without any grip - need to be able to slide and pivot - Comfortable clothing - Water - Positive attitude - Open mind Please note Public Holidays (no classes): Monday 27 January - Australia Day in lieu Monday 10 March - Labour Day
