In this low-impact, heart-healthy workout you will improve cardiovascular endurance, mobility and overall wellbeing. Following a gentle warm-up, light aerobic exercises performed at a moderate pace will incorporate light weights and balance exercises. Finish up with a relaxing cool-down routine that includes stretching to promote flexibility.
