Join this high-energy, full-body workout that combines boxing techniques with cardio and strength training for empowering and effective fitness. Learn and practice fundamental boxing moves such as jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts and air punches. Appropriate for all fitness levels, this fun, high-intensity workout will improve cardiovascular fitness as well-being great for stress-relief.
