It’s sooooo much! Could be for any age or capability! A very comprehensive class starting with a warm-up with light handweights, elastic (resistance band) or spikey ball. All core exercises are done in the chair moving into seated exercises using ankle weights and hand weights; followed by standing exercises. But don't let that fool you... I promise - you will never be bored during this very busy session. Benefits: - Anybody with an existing back injury will benefit from doing this class - Very improved bone density - Suitable for all ages and fitness levels - Balance and coordination - Healthy muscles - Improved small motor skills What you will need: - Warm up hand weights 0.5 - 1.5kg - Heavier hand weights 1.5 - 3.0kg - Resistance Band (tube style) SHORT 0.80cm - Spikey ball - Ankle weights 0.5 - 1.0kg - Water - Towel - Comfy clothing
