Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient form of exercise from China, combining mindful movements, still postures, meditation and breathing techniques to help you harness your life energy (or "qi") for increased awareness, wellbeing and vitality. This class has a smaller number of repeated movements and is focused on performing a sequence of connected movements from a sitting or standing position. Tai Chi Qigong is perfect for rehabilitation, people with preexisting injuries and those who suffer from the physical manifestation of stress. The class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities and can be done seated.
